Free Consultation Session – This gives us the opportunity to get to know each other, answer any questions you have, discuss what you want to get out of coaching and if we want to work together. 

In order for coaching to be effective both parties need to be committed. Coaching is a two way street. I ask that each client hold to the principles of integrity, and hard work. To be prepared, present and keep our scheduled sessions. Coaching can be done in person, via phone or zoom. Many people prefer to be coached via the phone or via zoom to save time. That is the beauty of coaching.
